Apple is likely to launch its M5-powered iPad Pro with upgraded camera capabilities alongisde other features, providing an enhanced tablet usage experience.
According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, the Cupertino-based tech giant's next iPad Pro model will have two front-facing cameras, which is a first for the device.
Users will be able to stay in frame due to the new design, which will have two cameras: one for landscape use and one for portrait orientation.
Without a doubt, this improvement will make video calls and selfies better and offer a smoother user experience.
Apple iPad Pro (2025) features
Apple's newest M5 chip, which promises modest performance gains and improved power efficiency, will power the iPad Pro. The OLED display, which was first included in the iPad Pro (2024) model, will also remain on the device.
The upcoming iPad Pro is anticipated to have a thinner design with smaller bezels, in keeping with industry trends.
In the report, Gurman stated: "This isn't particularly revolutionary, but it's a nice enhancement."
The dual camera setup might need to adjust to the new dimensions as a result of this design change.
Due to the dual-camera configuration, Face ID will function flawlessly in both landscape and portrait orientations. There is no doubt that this feature will improve the user experience in general.
The updated iPad Pro is anticipated to go into mass production in the second half of 2025, and an announcement is probably in the works for September or October of that year.
