Apple has introduced a new app, Apple Invites, to make event planning easier for iPhone users. The app allows users to create custom invitations, manage RSVPs, share vent photos, and even curate Apple Music playlists for any occasion.

Apple Invites lets users send personalised invitations with unique designs, track guest responses, and organise event details in one place.

Even those without an Apple account can RSVP through the web. The app is free to download from the App Store and can also be accessed through iCloud.com

Apple Invites features

Apple event planning app offers several standout features, notable among them is Apple Intelligence, allowing users to create AI-generated invitation images using the Image Playground feature. The app also includes writing tools to help users craft the perfect invitation messages.

Additionally, guests can contribute photos and videos to a Shared Album, making it easier to collect event highlights.

Apple Invites integrates seamlessly with Apple services, including Maps and Weather, to provide location details and forecasts. Apple Music subscribers can also create collaborative playlists directly within the app.

Moreover, the app is available on all iPhone models running iOS 18 or later. Users with an iCloud+ subscription, starting at $0.99 per month, can access additional benefits like extra storage, Private Relay, and HomeKit Secure Video.
