Changan Pakistan has launched its new ‘Changan Certified’ programme to provide a structured and transparent process for buying, selling, and exchanging pre-owned Changan vehicles through authorised dealerships across the country.
As part of the initiative, the company will offer used vehicles that are certified after going through a 209-point inspection, which checks mechanical and electrical condition as well as the body condition.
All certified cars will also come with verified service history and a limited warranty, according to Changan Pakistan, which gives additional confidence to the buyer.
The Changan Certified initiative enables customers to buy, sell, or exchange vehicles through authorised dealerships, making the transaction safer than using unverified third-party sellers.
Industry analysts are pointing out that certified used-car programmes are becoming a prominent trend in Pakistan, as buyers continue to promote the desire for reliability, transparency in documentation, and peace of mind when purchasing a used vehicle.
The initiative could also prove beneficial to current Changan owners looking to sell or trade in their vehicles by providing an official resale avenue with the oversight of a dealership.
Models expected to be included in the program include the Changan Alsvin, Oshan X7, and Karvaan, among other models.
