Deepal has finally taken the wraps off the K50 Hunter, a rugged yet tech-packed pickup truck that will be launched in Pakistan soon. The K50 Hunter is not just another pickup truck entering the market; it is the world's first mass-produced REEV pickup truck.

The K50 Hunter is designed on top of a strong body-on-frame chassis, combining traditional toughness with the most up-to-date EV innovation.

Off-road adventure and heavy-duty performance come together in a mix of a diesel pickup's power with the smooth, quiet experience of an electric vehicle.

Deepal K50 specifications

Deepal K50’s REEV system makes sure that the electric motors drive the wheels while the 2.0-litre turbocharged engine acts only as a generator and recharges the battery when needed.

It offers a 31.18 kWh battery and a dual-motor AWD system developing 268 hp/470 Nm of torque (doing 0–100 km/h in 7.9 seconds), which gives it an electric range of 111 km WLTP. DC fast charging is supported, with 30–80% charging in 30 minutes.

Among the key features that make it stand out are 18-inch alloy wheels, roof-mounted lights, electric tailgate assist, and the V2L system, which allows tools or camping gear to be powered directly from the truck.

In addition to these features, the interior of the K50 Hunter features premium fittings, powered ventilated seats, and a 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, while safety features include six airbags, a 540-degree camera, and advanced driver assistance systems.
