FromSoftware is releasing a new game for Elden Ring and Dark Souls fans. It is titled Elden Ring Nightreign and is a multiplayer spin-off for the popular game Elden Ring.
It releases on May 30 for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, and PC. The title combines teamwork, action, and known characters with a new format.
Elden Ring Nightreign upgrade
Elden Ring Nightreign allows players to form groups of three, known as Nightfarers, to fight enemies and do quests.
Limveld, where the game is set, will be different with each playthrough. This translates to different bosses and maps on each playthrough.
Moreover, the game is more multiplayer-focused, but fans of the original still sense the traditional FromSoftware feel in its gameplay.
A new trailer for Elden Ring Nightreign also showed something cool for Dark Souls fans. You can wear costumes of famous Dark Souls characters such as Solaire of Astoria, Faraam the God of War, and Ringfinger Leonhard.
Furthermore, these costumes are just for appearance and do not affect your powers or weapons. You can purchase them at a shop called the Small Jar Bazaar using a currency called Murk, which you get by playing the game.
The trailer was well-received on the internet. The fans appreciated the combination of Elden Ring and Dark Souls and the new appearance of the game.
Additionally, the return of beloved characters in the form of cosmetic items made the excitement even greater.
