Riot Games and Epic Games have confirmed the long-awaited return of Fortnite’s Arcane skins, which will finally reappear in the Item Shop on Saturday, after being unavailable for 1,393 days. The comeback arrives just as Fortnite prepares for its major Zero Hour live event, marking the end of Chapter 6.

The return of Jinx and Vi has been one of the most requested moves from the global Fortnite community, including players in Pakistan who follow every major cosmetic update. The Arcane skins last appeared years ago and gradually became some of the battle royale’s rarest cosmetics.

The first hint about their return came when leakers noticed the arrival of "Enemy" by Imagine Dragons inside Fortnite, a song highly connected with the Arcane Netflix series. Official confirmation from Riot now confirms speculation.

Arcane Skins get LEGO styles

Though it's not adding new Arcane cosmetics, LEGO Fortnite has confirmed that both Jinx and Vi will have unique LEGO styles. The two skins were previously sold separately for 1,500 V-Bucks, while bundles containing a pickaxe, back bling, and other items were sold for 1,800 V-Bucks.

Epic Games has advised players to pick them up quickly since there is no fixed timeline for when the Arcane skins might return once they rotate out again.

Fortnite’s big week ahead

The Arcane rerelease arrives alongside two major developments:

  • The Zero Hour event, going live at 2pm ET (12am PST on November 30), is bringing back multiple iconic collaborations
  • Fortnite Chapter 7, which includes a major Kill Bill crossover, featuring new skins and an in-game short created from an unused part of Quentin Tarantino’s script

Fortnite has a long history of rare cosmetics disappearing for years. Skins like Pac-Man items and God of War’s Kratos remain unavailable for over 1,000 days, while even Fortnite’s own Reflex skin hasn’t returned since 2019.
