Google's upcoming Pixel launch event has caused a frenzy in the tech sphere, and all this traction's credit goes to the Pixel 10 series slated to launch on August 20 during the Made By Google event in New York.
The latest Pixel lineup is expected to include the Pixel 10, 10 Pro, 10 Pro XL, and 10 Pro Fold. Besides, official teasers have revealed the design of at least two models.
Pixel 10 with a triple rear camera
The Pixel 10 will feature a triple rear camera setup for the first time, including a telephoto lens, aligning it with the Pro models.
This camera upgrade will most likely add brighter colours and improved photography capabilities to the Pixel 10 phones, according to the The Verge.
Expected Pixel 10 colours
The speculated colours for the base model include “Obsidian” (black), “Indigo” (vibrant blue), “Frost” (pale), and “Limoncello” (fluorescent green).
On the other hand, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold is anticipated to be the first foldable phone with an IP68 rating, bringing rare and superior dust and water resistance, which its competitors, such as Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Motorola’s Razr Ultra, fall short to meet with lower IP48 ratings.
While Google has confirmed some details, many features and specifications remain tentative, stirred by leaks and industry insights.
