Rockstar has only launched one trailer for GTA VI, providing a vague launch date. However, the latest leak has surfaced, potentially announcing the launch date, including the month and day, with a price tag.
These details reportedly emerged from the latest listing on a Spanish online store, which has now been removed.
GTA VI release date
A Spanish online store, XUruguay, listed September 17, 2025, as the launch date for the highly anticipated GTA VI. This date carries significant weight, as it marks exactly 12 years since GTA V’s launch and aligns with Rockstar’s previously announced “Fall 2025” release window. However, the platform instantly removed the listing, sparking confusion among fans.
All the details regarding the GTA 6’s launch date are purely speculative, which has yet to be confirmed by Rockstar Games or its parent company, Take-Two Interactive, itself.
GTA VI price
Apart from the GTA VI’s launch date, another leak has emerged hinting at a higher-than-usual price tag for GTA VI. According to the leak, the standard edition could be priced at $100.
A credible analyst, Matthew Ball, has hinted that Take-Two Interactive is likely to set the latest precedent by pricing the standard edition of GTA 6 at $100.
