Here's how to configure your mobile hotspot
Users will get access to a T-Mobile data plan on their Wi-Fi-capable handsets. It is important to note that T-Mobile’s hotspot is only compatible in the areas with the 5G and 4G LTE coverage.
Connecting through iOS
Here’s how to connect T-Mobile hotspot via iOS:
- Firstly, launch Settings and choose Personal Hotspot.
- Now click on the Allow Others to Join toggle.
- Afterwards, your hotspot name will appear under the To Connect Using Wi-Fi section.
- Tap on the Wi-Fi Password section to update your password.
- You will now get the network under their device’s Wi-Fi section.
Connecting through Android
- Toggle the switch to turn it on.
- Firstly launch Settings and click Connections.
- Now click on Mobile Hotspot and Tethering.
- Turn on the witch by toggling it off.
- Your hotspot will now appear with associated passwords in the middle of your phone’s screen.
- Modify the default settings to rename the hotspot and modify your password.
- Now enjoy using mobile hotspot by connecting to your network.
