According to SmartPikachu, a well-known tipster, Huawei is increasing the dual-layer OLED device production. It suggests the company will use this effective display solution for a new range of tablets alongside the flagship Pura 80 smartphones.
Dual-layer OLEDs have become a popular display solution for tech makers. Every other smartphone producer is integrating the respective tech into their products.
Huawei MatePad Pro 12.2 was the first tablet to feature a dual-layer OLED screen. Later, the company used the technology for the Mate 70 RS premium handset.
Currently, the Chinese OEM plans to implement this useful display panel in more devices including the Pura 80 series and a new tablet line, while Huawei hasn’t confirmed these details. Though we can expect the advanced solution with upcoming products.
Huawei Pura 80 series is rumoured to debut in May or June this year. The flagship lineup may bring a self-made camera setup and other progressive technologies.
