Huawei is expected to release a range of “unexpected” products in 2025, along with new plans to unveil the HarmonyOS PC, a new “Ultra” notebook, and bring significant upgrades to its MateBook lineup in terms of both hardware and software capabilities.

Huawei is ready to give a striking 2025 with “beyond imagination” launches. According to a credible tipster, SmartPikachu, Huawei’s PC-dedicated software and special MateBook are coming next year.

HarmonyOS PC

The company has been working on its new PC-based software since last year. Huawei Consumer Business Group Richard Yu has also said that the next-gen PCs will run on HarmonyOS instead of Windows.

A significant reason to switch the software is self-sufficiency. After years of United States (US) trade export challenges, Huawei has selected resilience over dependency. Currently, it is working on self-developed technologies instead of relying on foreign materials.

Huawei Ultra MateBook

Huawei has launched numerous thin and lightweight notebooks in the market. The company also rolled out a special gaming laptop this year named “MateBook GT 14.” Meanwhile, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) now has new ideas for its MateBook products.

The new form “ultrabook” teased that Huawei could redesign its laptop lineup. However, the exact details are yet to be revealed.
