The Infinix Note 40 5G, sporting an HD AMOLED display, 108MP camera and 15W wireless charging has been launched in India for INR 19,999. This new addition precedes the top-line Infinix Note 40 Pro and 40 Pro+.

The phone has been launched with a single 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant and be priced at INR 19,999, though customers can avail a INR 2,000 bank offer to get the phone at a slightly more affordable rate of INR 17,999.
Infinix will also bundle a MagPad with the phone, coming in at about INR 2,000 during the initial sale.
The phone comes in two colours, Obsidian Black and Titan Gold, both can be purchased from FlipKart from June 26 onwards.
Infinix Note 40 5G specifications
The Infinix Note 40 5G features a 6.78-inch panel, an HD+ Flexible Super AMOLED display, 120Hz refresh rate, paired with a Mediatek Dimensity 7020 processor, along with an IMG BXM-8-256 GPU for graphic performance.
The phone features up to 8GB of LPPDR4x RAM, up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage (expandable up to 1TB via microSD card), runs on Infinix's XOS 14 based on Android 14, and comes with a promise of two years of Android updates and three years of security patches.
In terms of optics, the Infinix Note 40 5G features a triple camera setup with a 108MP primary shooter with OIS and two other 2MP macro and depth shooters. There's also a 32MP shooter on the front for handling selfie and video call-related needs.
All this is powered by a 5000MAH battery that supports 33W charging via the adaptor, while also being compatible with 15W wireless charging.
Similar to its elder sibling, the Note 40 5G features an in-display fingerprint sensor, a dual stereo setup with sound by JBL and an IP53 rating for dust and splash resistance.
