The OnePlus 12 is set to be officially launched in India on January 23 (Wednesday) at the 'Smooth Beyond Belief' event, alongside the OnePlus 12R. A recent leak, that too a day before the launch, revealed the pricing details for the flagship phone, suggesting that it will be available for sale in India from January 30.
Last month, the OnePlus 12 was first released in China. OnePlus 12 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and comes with a 5,400mAh battery supporting 100W wired SuperVOOC charging.
Taking to X (formerly named Twitter) tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) said that the OnePlus 12 will be priced at INR 64,999 for the base variant with 12GB RAM and INR 69,999 for the 16GB RAM model. The OnePlus 12R, on the other hand, is anticipated to be available for purchase in February.
In China, the price of the OnePlus 12 starts from CNY 4,299 (approximately INR 50,700) for the base variant with 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. It is available in Pale Green, Rock Black, and White colours.
The Indian variant of the OnePlus 12 is likely to share similar specifications with the Chinese model. It runs on Android 14-based ColorOS 14, featuring a 6.82-inch QHD+ LTPO OLED screen with up to 120Hz refresh rate.
The phone is equipped with a 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and a Hasselblad-tuned triple camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary camera. Other features include 1TB of UFS 4 inbuilt storage, a 5,400mAh battery supporting 100W SuperVOOC charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.
It should be noted that OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R will be available for purchase on Amazon after their official unveiling at the 'Smooth Beyond Belief' event on January 23.
