The Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has assured Karachi residents of uninterrupted gas supply during Eid ul Fitr, ensuring full-pressure availability throughout the three-day celebrations.
An SSGC spokesperson confirmed that all gas valves would be turned on to maintain steady supply during the festive period.
Residents facing supply issues have been advised to contact the SSGC helpline at 1199 for assistance.
In an earlier announcement ahead of Ramadan, SSGC had guaranteed continuous gas availability for Sehri and Iftar meal preparations. The utility company ensured gas supply from 3am to 9am for Sehri and 3:30pm to 10pm for Iftar throughout the holy month.
Eid ul Fitr is being celebrated in Pakistan today (Monday), following Saudi Arabia and several other countries that are marking the occasion today.
