Poco has launched its new smartphones, named the 'Poco F8 series', which deliver major performance gains, new display technology, improved cameras and large batteries.
The Poco F8 series — which includes Poco F8 Pro and Poco F8 Ultra — comes with advanced features to provide its customers with a better experience.
Poco F8 series features
The Poco F8 Pro comes with a 6.59-inch AMOLED LTPS display with an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The pro variant adopts a metal frame and a matte glass rear panel.
Meanwhile, the Poco F8 Ultra is featured with a 6.9-inch AMOLED screen that offers a 1.5K resolution, slim bezels, and an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The ultra variant adopts a metal frame, IP68 protection, and comes in Denim Blue and Black.
The Poco F8 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, while the ultra variant comes with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. According to the company, these latest chipsets give you more control to perform multitasking with a smoother experience.
In the camera department, the company has equipped the F8 Pro with a triple-camera setup featuring a 50MP main sensor supported by additional lenses for zoom and ultra-wide shots.
The Poco F8 Ultra is boasted with a triple 50MP arrangement that includes an advanced periscope telephoto lens offering up to 5x optical zoom, alongside a high-resolution ultra-wide camera.
The Poco F8 Pro is equipped with a 6,210mAh battery, while the Poco F8 Ultra has a 6,500mAh battery. The Poco F8 series supports fast charging technology, making a competition with rival companies.
Poco F8 series launch in Pakistan
The price of the Poco F8 Ultra is $729 (approximately Rs206,014) for the 12GB/256GB model, while the 16GB/512GB variant costs $799 (approximately Rs225,796).
Meanwhile, the Poco F8 Pro is priced at $579 (approximately Rs163,624) for the 12GB/256GB storage, and the highest-end variant at 12GB/512GB costs $629 (approximately Rs177,754).
The company is highly-anticipated to launch the Poco F8 series in Pakistan in the near future to compete with rivals in the market.
