According to Counterpoint Research, Samsung has hit a major milestone with its Galaxy A56 as it enters the global top 10 best-selling phones in Q3 2025.
Last year, the Galaxy A55 did not make the top 10, but the growing popularity of its successor has flipped the tables. It sits at a global rank of 8th place, showcasing a strong performance by Samsung in the midrange segment.
Other than that, the front-runner positions are still being taken over by premium devices: Apple secures the 1st to 4th positions with the iPhone 16 lineup, while Samsung's own Galaxy A16 and A06 take 5th and 6th positions, respectively.
The position of 7th is taken by the Galaxy A36, while the 8th slot is taken by the Galaxy A56. According to experts, this combination of performance and features has helped the A56 rise in international markets.
