Design and Size

If you are looking for a bigger phone then, choose the Galaxy S24 Ultra which has a larger 6.8-inch screen as compared to the Pixel 8 Pro which consists of a 6.7-inch screen. Moreover, S24 is comparatively heavier than Pixel weighing approx 233 gms while Pixel weighs 213 gm.

Galaxy entails a unique shape with sharp edges that never fails to appeal to users while Pixel consists of rounded corners giving a traditional look and is available in several colours including Titanium Black, Titanium Gray, Titanium Violet, Titanium Yellow, and more.

Software

Both tech giants have followed their monopoly of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) in their recent flagship models, providing the ability to perform multiple tasks within a blink of an eye. For instance, Pixel offers a plethora of AI features including Magic Editor, and more.

Samsung supports Live Translate in the native phone app, transcribing voice notes, and even suggestions for full-text messages, and more.

Moreover, Galaxy S24 Ultra supports the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor while Pixel supports the Tensor G3 chip.

According to tech enthusiasts, the Snapdragon chipset is comparatively more powerful than the Tensor chip, however, the Tensor chip is efficiently striding towards AI so users would never find the Pixel 8 Pro lacking in everyday performance.

Performance and storage

Galaxy and Pixel both consist of 12GB of RAM but, Pixel starts from 12/128 GB whereas Galaxy's base version is 12/256GB.

The other major difference between them is related to the software, as Google made a big announcement of seven years of software update support for the Pixel 8 series and now the South Korean tech giant has also made a surprising announcement for the similar software update support for the entire S24 series.

Camera
