According to a SamMobile report (via tipster @UniverseIce's now-deleted post), the Galaxy S26 Ultra could feature an LPDDR5X RAM with a 10.7Gbps data transfer speed.

The tech giant claimed that the 10.7Gbps LPDDR5X DRAM will enhance performance by more than 25%, and capacity by over 30%, compared to the older generation.

Moreover, it is also said to enhance power efficiency by 25% as well. However, SamMobile claims that the Galaxy S26 Ultra will be the first Samsung smartphone to be equipped with this chipset.

In the announcement post, the South Korean tech giant noted: “Mass production of the 10.7Gbps LPDDR5X is scheduled to begin by the second half of the year, following verification with mobile application processor (AP) and mobile device providers.”

However, Samsung has yet to make any official statement about the Galaxy S26 Ultra being equipped with upgraded RAM.
