Consumers experiencing low gas pressure or supply issues are encouraged to report their concerns via the SNGPL helpline 1199. Additionally, technical teams have been deployed to promptly resolve complaints and maintain system efficiency.
The company has also advised consumers to use gas efficiently and avoid unnecessary wastage to ensure an uninterrupted supply for all households.
Moreover, authorities have urged citizens to follow safety guidelines and report any illegal gas connections, which contribute to system inefficiencies.
