The integration of WhatsApp-assisted services by Telenor makes it easier to activate packages or seek other services just at their fingertips, without paying a physical visit to a franchise.
The contactless, secure ease of service is part of Telenor’s efforst to make digital access easier for everyone.
How to use Telenor's WhatsApp-based SIM service
To use Telenor's WhatsApp-based service, customers just need to message Telenor on WhatsApp at 051 111-345-100, select their city, number, and bundle, enter their details, make payment, and get their SIM delivered to their doorstep. Regarding biometric verification, this is done at delivery for secure activation.
The service is available in 20+ cities including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Faisalabad. It is designed for both urban and semi-urban users.
Moreover, customers can also activate Telenor's internet, call, and SMS packages using the same WhatsApp service, all over Pakistan.
