
Indus Motor Company (IMC) marks a milestone 35 years in Pakistan with significant upgrades to the Toyota Fortuner and Revo lineups, further solidifying its commitment to delivering exceptional products to its customers
The company revealed that these upgrades are being introduced at no additional cost, with ex-factory Karachi prices remaining unchanged. Deliveries will commence on July 23, 2025.
Fortuner GR-S new features
- Panoramic View Monitor (PVM): Toyota has introduced PVM on the Fortuner, providing a 360-degree view that significantly aids in parking and manoeuvring in tight spaces.
- Blind Spot Monitor (BSM): A crucial safety feature that alerts the driver to vehicles in their blind spots, enhancing highway driving safety.
- Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA): RCTA warns the driver of approaching vehicles when reversing out of a parking spot.
All Fortuner variants:
- Upgraded infotainment system: The move to a faster 3-core processor and HD resolution (1280×720) is a much-needed advancement. This results in a more responsive and visually clearer user experience, addressing common complaints about previous generations.
- 0A fast charging: A practical feature for modern smartphone users, enabling quicker charging of devices.
- Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto: The company has featured a significant convenience upgrade, eliminating the need for cables for smartphone mirroring, which improves the cabin’s modernity and user experience.
Revo GR-S:
- Panoramic View Monitor (PVM): The PVM is said to be a considerable advantage for the Revo, particularly for a pickup truck that might be used in diverse environments.
All Revo variants:
- Upgraded infotainment system: Toyota has featured the same feature for a faster processor and HD resolution, improving the overall in-cabin tech experience for Revo owners.
- 0A fast charging: Standardised fast charging across the lineup is a thoughtful inclusion.
- Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto: This brings the Revo’s connectivity up to par with contemporary expectations.
