Vivo is rumoured to be planning the launch of their upcoming mid-range smartphone, Vivo V70, as this device has passed several certification sites across Asia, which means this launch could be imminent.

The vivo V70 with the model number V2538 has been certified in Malaysia by the Standards and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM), in Indonesia by the Directorate General of Resources and Equipment for Post and Informatics (SDPPI), and in Thailand by the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC).

All three certification listings distinctly specify the name of the smartphone, which proves that vivo is going with the regional launch.

Earlier, the smartphone was seen in the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification listing, which points out that Vivo is planning a global launch, including the US.
