Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro were released in January in India possessing MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC. Recently, a few rumours have been speculated related to the launch of Vivo X200 Series supporting MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC.

Tipsters suggested that the upcoming series is likely to go up for MT6991 model number and is likely to be launched with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, etc.

According to a tipster, this soon-to-be launched smartphone will be the first one to support MediaTeks’ Dimensity 9400, before Vivo launched one of its smartphones with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300 SoC.

According to another tipster Vivo X200 is expected to use TSMC’s second generation 3nm N3E which offers approximately 34 percent lower battery in contrast to the predecessors. However, it is likely to support Cortex-X5 performance cores at 3.4 GHz similar to the previous models.

Meanwhile, more reports suggested that Geekbench has 2,776 single-core points as well as 11,739 multi-core points for the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC. Most likely, the company is planning to compete with the South-Korean tech giant Samsung’s Exynos 2500 chip as well as Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC.

MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300 chipset was unleashed in November last year and now it is used in flagship Android handsets similar to the predecessors Vivo X100 series and Oppo Find X7 is built on TSMC’s third generation 4nm processing technology with Cortex-X4 clocked at 3.25GHz, etc.
