As women's entrepreneurial participation has seen a massive uptick over the past few years in Pakistan, Standard Chartered Pakistan’s Women in Tech Accelerator Programme, funded by the Standard Chartered Foundation, has announced the ten finalists for its 2025 cohort.

The top ten performers have been picked from a formidable cohort of 30 startups that participated in a five-day business acceleration bootcamp.

It was learned that these innovative ventures' primary focus is women empowerment, mental health, edtech, health and wellness, climate innovations, and circular fashion, with each finalist receiving Rs1 million in funding to refine their scaling plans.

Over the next eigth weeks, the winners will indulge extensively in strengthening and scaling their business ideas through mentorship and structured programming. This support will enable them to revamp their business models, test market assumptions, and gear up for future growth.

The Standard Chartered Pakistan’s Women in Tech Accelerator Programme is said to be designed to foster an ecosystem where women-led ventures can thrive.

Not only does this programme provide budding business women with financial backing, but it also offers essential guidance and resources.

  • Dakhlay: A digital platform simplifying university admissions
  • Digital Superwomen: Training women for careers in the digital economy
  • FitHER: A health and wellness platform tailored for women
  • Ootein: Pakistan’s first allergen-free food brand
  • Soch Matters: A mental health and career counselling platform
  • Yumkis Foods: Nutrient-rich cereals for infants and toddlers

The ten finalists includes a variety of startups, rangin from children’s clothing brand that empowers underprivileged women to a digital admissions platform which simplifies university applications. Each business idea is crafted to make a significant impact in its respective field, and eventually drive economic growth and social change.
