BYD has launched the refreshed 2025 Atto 3 electric crossover, known as the Yuan Plus, in China, offering a lower starting price and new features.

The price of the latest BYD EV starts at 115,800 yuan ($15,9440), making it a more affordable addition to the automobile industry.

This price drop, an upgraded interior, and an advanced driver-assistance system make the Atto 3 even more appealing.

BYD Atto 3 design and features

The new Atto 3 offers a new exterior design, such as a bigger air intake, smoked headlights, and a new roof spoiler. At the rear, BYD has substituted the “Build Your Dreams” lettering with its official logo.

Meanwhile, the interior of the BYD Atto 3 features a fresher cabin with new beige and gray hues. The centre console has been overhauled with two cupholders, physical buttons, and a 50W wireless charging pad.

A new steering wheel with a built-in gear shifter, an 8.8-inch instrument cluster, and a 12-inch head-up display make the driving experience more luxurious. One of the largest additions is a built-in refrigerator, adding extra convenience for passengers.

The Atto 3 features BYD's advanced "God's Eye C" (DiPilot 100) driver-assistance system. The system, driven by a tri-camera configuration, supports high-speed Navigation On Autopilot (NOA) in 10 driving conditions.

Moreover, BYD will add city NOA in upcoming software updates. The powertrain is the same, featuring a 150 kW (201 horsepower) electric motor and two LFP battery packs with 430 km and 510 km of CLTC-certified range.
