CDA chairman urges to introduce mobile app for Islamabad feeder buses

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa has directed the launch of a mobile app for feeder buses in Islamabad on Wednesday. This initiative aims to enhance the convenience of commuters using the feeder bus service.

During a review meeting, Randhawa highlighted the importance of introducing a card system for citizens using the feeder bus service on a weekly and monthly basis.

The CDA chairman further directed the introduction of digital boards for advertisements at bus terminals and the development of all bus terminals with state-of-the-art facilities.

He reaffirmed the commitment to establishing a high-quality, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly transport network in Islamabad.

The mobile app for feeder buses is expected to significantly improve the commuting experience for residents of Islamabad. By offering real-time information and easy access to bus routes, the app will make it easier for commuters to plan their journeys.

Moreover, the introduction of a card system will streamline the payment process, making it convenient for regular users. Randhawa also directed that feeder buses start on various routes, such as from Tarnol to the Secretariat, Bhara Kahu to Pirwadhai, and Rawat Chowk to the Secretariat.
