Master Changan Motors Limited (MCML) has launched a new variant of Karvaan, the Karvaan Power Comfort 1.2L, with advanced features to attract commuters in Pakistan.
According to the company, the newly launched Karvaan Power Comfort 1.2L will sit below the Power Plus variant in the lineup, offering a comparatively lower-priced option in the MPV segment.
The Karvaan Power Plus, which will continue as the higher-end model, remains positioned as the flagship version with additional safety and comfort features along with a larger cabin size.
It is worth noting that MCML has been marketing the Karvaan lineup as its main offering in the small MPV category, which caters to families along with commercial operators.
Master Changan Motors CEO Danial Malik said: "With over 25,000 Karvaans on the road, we continue to expand our portfolio and provide options that meet the evolving needs of Pakistani consumers. This launch further reinforces our focus on delivering reliable and innovative mobility solutions."
Karvaan Power Comfort 1.2L specifications
The Karvaan Power Comfort 1.2L include some of the key features:
- Dual airbags for driver and passenger safety
- Seatbelts for all passengers
- Anti-theft alarm for added security
- Spacious 7-seat capacity
- Reliable performance with a 1.2L engine
With this new addition, Changan will now provide two 1.2L Karvaan models in Pakistan, the Power Plus and the Power Comfort 1.2L, targeting different segments of buyers within the market.

According to the company, the introductory price of the Karvaan Power Comfort 1.2L is Rs3.149 million in Pakistan.
