GUGO is expanding its electric vehicle portfolio in Pakistan with the introduction of the Chinese EV manufacturer XPENG, following the recent launch of GAC’s AION UT and AION V models.
As a part of the launch, the automaker is also going to launch the XPENG G6, a mid-size all-electric SUV in the premium electric vehicle segment.
XPENG G6 features
The G6 model is also going to be available in three different variants, with the range-topping model coming with an all-wheel drive system, putting down 480 horsepower and 660 Nm of torque.
The flagship model is equipped with an 80.8 kWh NMC battery, ensuring an WLTP range of up to 510 km. The vehicle is based on an 800-volt electrical architecture that makes it capable of being charged at ultra-fast DC charging stations and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds.
From a features perspective, XPENG G6 sports an infotainment display, driver assistance systems, multiple airbags, and high-end materials used for interiors, keeping in line with its focus on technology and being an electric sports utility vehicle.
In addition to the G6, GUGO has also confirmed that XPENG X9 is coming to Pakistan. The XPENG X9 is the brand’s flagship all-electric MPV. It is positioned at the highest end of XPENG’s product offerings worldwide. The target consumers are those who seek a premium electric people mover.
GUGO further revealed that the pricing and booking information for both XPENG G6 and XPENG X9 models will be disclosed during the upcoming PakWheels New Wheels Expo.
