HBO Max now available in Pakistan: Check out pricing

Warner Bros. Discovery on Wednesday launched HBO Max in Pakistan as part of a major Asia-Pacific expansion that opens up access to premium content.

With the expansion, the platform will exceed 100 global markets by the end of 2025. According to the company, users can use the HBO Max app on mobile devices, smart TVs, or through the official website.

HBO Max is now available in Pakistan, starting at only Rs800 a month for its Standard package, which provides you experience of 1080p video streaming, 30 downloads to watch on the go, and the ability to stream on 2 devices at once.

Meanwhile, the Premium package allow users to stream on up to 4 devices with 4K resolution and enables up to 100 downloads. It also adds Dolby Atmos for a better audio experience for Rs1,100 a month.

Members can save up to 46% on yearly packages, which cost Rs5,600 a year for the Standard package, while the Premium package goes up to Rs7,700 per year.

HBO Max has become a major player in the global streaming industry, competing with platforms like Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video.

The HBO Max includes a mix of new releases, popular TV series, and exclusive Max Originals, with offerings ranging from award-winning dramas like Succession and The Last of Us to franchises such as Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, and The Batman.
