
Honor is gearing up for the official launch of the Honor X9b 5G in India on February 15, along with the introduction of the Honor Choice X5 earphones and Honor Choice Watch.
The Chinese smartphone manufacturer has released multiple teasers before the official launch, revealing key specifications and colour options of the Honor X9b 5G. The details confirmed that it includes a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC and a powerful 5,800mAh battery.
According to Gadgets360, in a press release on Tuesday, February 6, Honor confirmed various specifications and colour variants of the Honor X9b 5G.

Honor X9b 5G specifications
Running on Android 13-based MagicOS 7.2, the Honor X9b 5G introduces several customised and upgraded features. Powered by Qualcomm's 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, the device offers 8GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage, expandable up to 20GB through virtual RAM.
The Honor X9b 5G will be available in Midnight Black and Sunrise Orange colour options in India, featuring a design inspired by high-end watches, with a distinctive dual-ring design for the camera module.
Honor X9b 5G camera and display
Initially unveiled in select global markets such as Malaysia and the UAE last year, the Indian variant of the Honor X9b 5G is expected to retain features like the 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen and a 108-megapixel triple rear camera setup, with support for 35W wired fast charging likely to be included.
Honor X9b 5G battery
The smartphone boasts a 5,800mAh battery capable of providing 18 hours of calling time, up to 12 hours of gaming time, or approximately 19 hours of video playback on a single charge. Honor claims the battery will retain 80pc of its capacity even after 1,000 charge cycles, earning a Gold battery label from DXOMark.
