  1. Log in to your Facebook account.
  2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
  3. Select "Settings & privacy" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on "Settings".
  5. Scroll down to "Account Settings" and click on "Download a copy of your Facebook data".
  6. Select the data range as "All time" and click "Request Download".
  7. Once the data is ready, click on "Download" and unzip the file.
  8. Open the "posts" folder and sort the files by date.
  9. Find the oldest posts and copy the post IDs.
  10. Go back to Facebook and click on the three dots next to each post.
  11. Select "Delete post" to remove the post.
