According to the authority, you can easily get a Nadra B-form (child registration certificate) from home using the Pak-ID mobile app or the Nadra website to apply online. 

The online application involves creating an account, filling out the form, uploading documents and photos, paying fees, and fingerprint verification. 

Here's how you can apply for B-from online

  • Open the Pak-ID mobile app or visit the Nadra website. 
  • Register for an account by providing your name, email, and a password if you're a new user. 
  • Tap 'Apply Now' and select 'Issuance of Identity Document'.
  • Choose 'Child Registrations Certificate (CRC)' from the list. 
  • Enter the child's details and upload scanned copies of supporting documents like birth certificate and parents' Computerised National Identity Cards (CNICs). 
  • Upload a recent photograph of the child. 
  • Once the process proceeds, pay the fee through the app or website. 
  • Get your fingerprint scanned and verified. 
  • Once the process is complete, you can download the digital B-form.
