How to turn on and off Night Shift mode on Apple Watch

Did you know your Apple Watch has a hidden feature that can help you get a better sleep? Night Shift, a feature typically associated with most iOS devices, is also available on your Apple Watch but is not immediately obvious for users to access. 

However, by enabling this Night Shift mode on your Apple Watch, you can reduce the amount of blue light emitted from your Apple Watch screen, creating a more sleep-conducive environment. 

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how you can turn on/off the night shift mode of your Apple Watch. 

How to turn on Night Shift mode

  • Raise your wrist to wake up your Apple Watch.
  • Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access the Control Center.
  • Tap on the "Night Shift" icon, which looks like a crescent moon.
  • Tap on "Turn On" to enable the Night Shift.
  • Choose the duration for which you want the Night Shift to be enabled:
  • "Sunset to Sunrise" (default)
  • "Custom" (choose specific times)
  • Tap "Done" to save your settings.

How to turn off Night Shift mode
