Jazz unveils new state-of-the-art Karachi Experience Centre

Jazz has officially inaugurated its state-of-the-art Karachi Experience Centre at COM3 Tower, Clifton, marking a significant milestone in its transformation from a telecom operator to a digital service provider.

The Jazz Karachi Experience Centre is designed to accommodate evolving workplace dynamics while fostering a healthy and inclusive working environment.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, President of Jazz Consumer Division Kazim Mujtaba highlighted that the experience centre reflects Jazz’s commitment to a digitally connected and inclusive Pakistan. He emphasised that Jazz has redefined the customer experience by integrating cutting-edge digital solutions with a human-centric approach.

Key features of the Jazz Karachi Experience Centre

The facility includes:

  • A business centre and office space
  • A café and conference rooms
  • Breakout areas and common spaces for both in-person and virtual meetings

Jazz has also prioritised inclusivity by incorporating special design modifications to ensure accessibility for persons with disabilities, promoting an equitable and sustainable work environment.

Jazz’s digital transformation strategy

As part of its digital evolution, Jazz is expanding into new technological frontiers while continuing to deliver advanced services to its existing customers.

The company is also establishing dedicated Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to support its transition into a forward-leaning ServiceCo.

Additionally, through its "4G for All" initiative, Jazz now serves over 50 million 4G users and remains at the forefront of Pakistan’s digital revolution.
