Smart Share
The flagship includes innovative features such as Smart Modes, Smart Share, and Smart Care. However, the most prominent and useful is the Smart Share which enables seamless AI-driven image sharing between devices.
Whether you own an Android or an iPhone, the AI-powered Smart Share can transfer photos and videos to the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 13, by hitting your laptop with the phone.
This impact of the phone on the side of the screen opens up a UI that immediately lets you transfer photos and videos through a drag-and-drop UI and also allows transferring pictures and videos to the phone in the same way.
Here’s how 'Smart Share' works
By tapping the phone against the Elliptic Labs AI Virtual Sensor placed on either side of the laptop, the laptop will launch the Smart Share window.
In this way, you can drag and drop recent photos from your phone to the laptop and vice versa. It is a good option, especially for Android users.
Lenovo’s “Aura Edition” laptops are expected to start shipping in the next few weeks. However, the company also announced its new Snapdragon X Plus-powered IdeaPad 5x which brings the power efficiency of the Snapdragon X Elite to a device that costs $849.
