Motorola is reportedly working on a new Neo series phone, the Motorola Edge 50 Neo, as a successor to the Edge 40 Neo launched last year.

While the company has not yet confirmed the phone's existence, leaked renders and specifications have surfaced online, giving us a glimpse of what to expect.

Reportedly, the Motorola Edge 50 Neo is expected to offer a sleek design, featuring thin bezels, a centrally located hole punch cut-out for selfies, and a triple rear camera setup.

According to the rumours, the phone is expected to be offered in four colours: nautical blue, latte, Grisaille, and Poinciana. The Motorola Edge 50 Neo is tipped to feature a 6.4-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

The smartphone is said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC and Mali-G615 GPU, making it a powerful device for its class.

Motorola Edge 50 Neo is expected to feature a triple rear camera setup, comprising a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera. The front camera is expected to be a 32-megapixel selfie shooter.

Moreover, the Motorola Edge 50 Neo is expected to be equipped with a 4,310mAh battery and come with an IP68-rated build, making it dust and water-resistant. Connectivity options are expected to include Bluetooth 5.3 and NFC.
