In a major move to offer enhanced services, the National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) on Sunday upgraded its Pak-ID mobile app to version 5.3.0, which includes new features to give you a better experience.
Following the launch of version 5.3.0, the authority stated that users will now have new capabilities which will let them access the app differently.
Pak-ID app version 5.3.0
The Pak-ID mobile app version 5.3.0 brings you two key benefits:
- Recover your account even if you’ve lost both your password and old email, set a new password, and update your email and mobile number.
- If a child’s birth is already registered with the Union Council (UC) but the B-Form wasn’t made, parents can now submit their Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) request the moment they turn 18. For the first time, the CNIC-holding father needs to go with the applicant to the Nadra Registration Centre (NRC).
It should be noted that the Pak-ID mobile app gives you an end-to-end solution for ID-related services.
According to a NADRA spokesperson, this update is "due to the feedback by citizens across Pakistan, and we urge citizens to keep giving their feedback regarding the Pak-ID mobile app so that we can enhance the platform according to the demand of the public."
