OnePlus Pad Pro tipped to feature Bluetooth 5.4, WiFi 7 and NFC support

OnePlus, a Chinese manufacturer, introduced its first tablet in 2023, and rumours now suggest they are preparing to launch a new model called the OnePlus Pad Pro.

According to reports from Chinese publication ITHome, key accessories for OnePlus's upcoming tablet have received FCC certification. These include a keyboard with model number OPK2402, likely manufactured by Tinlong Mobile. 

The keyboard is expected to feature a six-row layout, a touchpad, and an NFC chip. Additionally, a stylus with an FPC Bluetooth antenna is also in the works.

Display

The OnePlus Pad Pro is rumoured to feature a 12.1-inch 3K LCD display with 900 nits brightness and a resolution of 3000 x 2120 pixels.

Chipset

It is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, paired with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.

Camera

The tablet may include a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera, catering to photography enthusiasts.

Battery

It is rumoured to pack a large 9510mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging.

Connectivity

Reports suggest it will support Bluetooth 5.4, WiFi 7, NFC, and include a stylus with a built-in linear motor.
