Who is eligible for Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme?

The eligibility criteria for the Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme requires candidates to be enrolled in recognised public institutions or pursuing higher education in PhD, MS/MPhil, Master’s, or Bachelor’s programmes.

Apart from academic association, candidates must meet the academic criteria: have a CGPA of 2.80 or 60% marks, while first-year university students need to submit their intermediate results.

As a result of a quota system in place, an 18% chunk of the total laptop count has been reserved for students in Balochistan’s higher education institutions, with 5% bound to be offered to distance learning students.
