
The Google Search app on iOS is a powerful tool that offers its users several features including, Read Aloud, Google Password Manager, and system-wide autofill support. The app has just got another fresh update that allows its users to customise the home screen icon according to their personal style.

However, the Google Search app features four varying options for the icon based are the classic red, yellow, green, and blue 'G' logo on a white background, a dark version of the background, dark 'G' on a light background, and the reverse of that.

These colour options are the same as those offered on the Google Search bar widget on Android. With this update, you can bring a little bit of personalisation to the app and customise the look that matches your interests.
Notably, the capability to change Google Search icons on iPhones and iPads is launched in version 324.0.
How to customise?
- To change the icon, tap your profile image in the Google Search app, follow these easy step-by-step guides,
- Open the Google Search app.
- Tap on your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Navigate to Settings, then General.
- Select “Change app icon” and choose your favourite.
