
Google has recently introduced a new Lite plan of Google One for availing of 30GB of cloud storage at an affordable monthly rate. The plan would best fit all those in dire need of extra space to store their files and photos without having to spend much.
What is Google One?
Google One is a cloud storage solution where users can store their files, photos, and data across a variety of Google services that include, but are not limited to, Google Photos, Google Drive, and Gmail. Google One allows users to access their files from any location and share them with people around them
What's new with Google One Lite?
Interestingly, the Google One Lite brings in only INR 59 ($0.70) per month for 30GB of storage. This plan would be great for those looking to get that extra storage space without having to commit to the higher-tier plans.

However, one thing to note here is that this plan does not include additional features such as family sharing, advanced Google Photos editing features and more, among others.
Who is eligible for Google One Lite?
As of now, the Google One Lite plan is available to some users in India, Brazil, Mexico, and Indonesia. There hasn't been an official announcement about this plan, and it would likely get rolled out to more regions quite soon.
How does Google One Lite stand compared to other plans?
There, the Google One Lite is way cheaper than the Google One Basic which costs more than over double in India and $1.99 in the US. The Basic option offers more value-for-money features like family sharing and Google Photos editing features, among others.
