Redmi A3's official launch in India is confirmed for February 14, with the company introducing a dedicated landing page for the smartphone and unveiling some of its specifications ahead of the event.
The device is set to feature a 90Hz refresh rate display, along with 6GB of RAM that supports an additional 6GB of virtual RAM, and a hefty 5,000mAh battery. Redmi has teased a halo design for the handset, showcasing a circular camera module housing a dual camera setup.
According to the MI landing page, the Redmi A3 will be offered in a green colour variant. It will retain a leather-textured back panel similar to its predecessor and a circular camera module housing, which the company is calling a halo design.
The design seems to be minimalistic complemented by company branding at the bottom. The presence of a USB Type-C charging port is also confirmed.

Furthermore, the handset will boast a 90Hz refresh rate display, a notable upgrade from the 60Hz screen of its predecessor, the Redmi A2. This report also suggested variants with 32GB and 128GB of internal storage, available in black, blue, and forest green colour options, and potentially running on Android 13 Go Edition.
