Samsung is silently working on its Android 15 update for Galaxy devices, One UI 7, regarding which it is speculated that users might be able to have a sneak peek into the update soon.

According to Ice Universe, a reliable Samsung tipster, Samsung is preparing to open the One UI 7 beta programme as soon as “the end of July,” or at the beginning of August. Moreover, no delays or, “accidents,” are expected.

Last year, the first Android 14 beta with One UI 6 launched on Galaxy S23 series devices on August 11. If the tipster's prediction turns correct that Samsung is planning to release the update before the end of July, that could be up to two weeks ahead of the usual time frame.

At the same time, Google is also releasing its new batch of Pixel devices in mid-August at its most-awaited event. The release of Android 15 as a whole is said to be arriving well ahead of last year’s rollout.

The same tipster claimed in a separate report that One UI 7 wouldn’t arrive very early this year amid its focus on One UI 6.1.1 and Fold 6. But those plans may have changed.

Samsung might launch its Android 15 update with One UI 7 to the general public. Last year, the company unveiled Android 14 with One UI 6 on October 30.
