Spotify has announced a new feature, called the 'TuneMyMusic', which allows users to transfer playlists from other music streaming services into their Spotify libraries.

The company stated that the new feature — which is being released to all users — will be available in the 'Your Library' section on the platform. 'TuneMyMusic' feature supports transferring playlists from services like Amazon Music, Apple Music, Deezer, Pandora, SoundCloud, Tidal, and YouTube Music.

It should be noted that the app only copies playlists over to Spotify, as you can easily select your favourite playlists to be imported into the music streaming service.

However, you still can't move Spotify playlists to other music platforms, and the company has yet to provide any official details about the export of playlists from Spotify.

How to use 'TuneMyMusic' feature on Spotify?

  • Open the Spotify app on your smartphone.
  • Go to the 'Your Library' section.
  • Scroll to the bottom.
  • Tap 'Import your music'.
  • Connect to 'TuneMyMusic' when prompted.
  • Select the platform from where you want to import the playlist into Spotify.
  • Choose the playlist you want to transfer.
  • Start the import with no limits on playlist or song count.

Once the process is completed, playlists from other music streaming services will be imported to Spotify, which you can enjoy at the moment or later whenever you want to listen to music.
