WhatsApp rolls out new calling screen interface for iOS users

Meta-owned instant messaging app, WhatsApp, has been updating with new features to enhance user experience as millions of people around the globe use this platform to connect with their friends and family. 

Recently, it began rolling out a new calling screen interface for iPhone users that introduces a new bottom calling bar on the screen.

Previously, in the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.24.1.14 update, the app did some enhancements for Android users such as an updated bottom calling bar and larger display pictures to make the platform more visually appealing.

Now the app has rolled out a similarly updated version for iOS users with the release of version 24.14.78 on the App Store.

According to WABetaInfo, in the latest version of WhatsApp for iOS can expect an updated calling screen interface. 

The calling screen interface includes a redesigned top part of the screen making the button more visible, featuring a semi-transparent background and an improved bottom bar. 

However, it's important to note that only a few accounts might receive the new interface features in the upcoming weeks as WhatsApp usually roll out its updates gradually. Meanwhile, users can keep track of this new feature by regularly updating the app

The main reason behind WhatsApp’s regular updates is to maintain its efficiency and user-friendliness.
