Google Chrome now allows you to move its address bar to the bottom of your screen, making it much easier to use with one hand. Previously, address bars have always lived at the top of browsers, but they have also traditionally proved somewhat inconvenient to use when you have a larger screen in your pocket.

Rival browsers like Safari, Firefox, and Edge have allowed users to put the address bar at the bottom, and now Chrome is finally able to offer it to its users.

If you do switch your phone to landscape mode, the address bar will shift back to the top for better viewing visibility. The feature is available for both Android and iOS devices, and you should check that your Chrome app is up to date.
