YouTube, a renowned video-sharing platform is enhancing podcasting by introducing a dedicated "Your Podcasts" page feature. This new upgrade has been rolled out for users and is now widely available on both Android and iOS devices.

This significant move marks that the main aim of YouTube is to become a one-stop-shop for all podcasting needs, providing users with a more seamless way to discover, listen, and manage their favourite podcasts on the app.

The "Your Podcasts" page can be found in the "You" tab displayed on the YouTube app. It displays a list of podcasts that the users have uploaded along with another feature of the "New Episodes" playlist, which automatically updates with all the available latest episodes from subscribed podcasts on the user feed.

Additionally, users can now manage their podcast subscriptions, listen to recent episodes, and discover new podcasts easily through personalised recommendations.

Meanwhile, Google Podcasts has officially shut down its international service, this means that the migration tool to YouTube Music or third-party services will only remain available until July 29. This shutdown marks the end of Google Podcasts' two-year run, which struggled to gain traction in the competitive podcasting market.

Although the YouTube Music team promised more improvements in April for its users that can enhance their experience, but many features including marking a podcast as played, custom playlists, podcast ratings, and more personalised recommendations are also lacking. Despite these limitations, YouTube remains committed to bringing out more updates by enhancing the podcasting experience and providing users with a robust platform.
