Zong 4G, Pakistan’s leading digital and technology innovation company, has introduced a comprehensive suite of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions designed to power industrial automation, sustainable agriculture, and urban infrastructure development.

The launch is a major extension of Zong's footprint into more than just connectivity and represents the start of its position as a provider of sector-specific digital services.

The new portfolio incorporates world-class Industrial IoT Automation tools, including automated inventory monitoring and refilling, industrial energy efficiency, and live global production performance tracking through Global Efficiency (GE) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics.

The portfolio contains smart data centre management tools to optimise power, cooling, and time while saving enterprises money and improving operational resilience.

In the agricultural and climate technology spaces, Zong's IoT tools allow for precision farming with soil monitoring, localised weather stations, and air quality measurements to allow farmers to make better data-based decisions and prevent climate-related risks to crops.
