10Pearls on Saturday, introduced 10Pearls Shine, Pakistan’s first-ever fully remote artificial intelligence (AI)-powered internship programme, offering students the opportunity to learn important technical and leadership skills.

From its inception, 10Pearls has been committed to enriching communities and making a positive impact beyond corporate and digital growth. Moreover, it aims to bridge the gap between education and employment in Pakistan.

This AI-powered internship programme spans eight weeks, during which each student is paired with a dedicated technical mentor. This mentor provides personalised guidance, as students work on hands-on projects tailored to their selected domain.

10Pearls Associate Director Talent Acquisition, Haseeb Iftikhar highlighted that the 10Pearls Shine programme will provide exposure to students pursuing their degree in technology fields.

Iftikhar said: "It allows students to work side-by-side with industry leaders, exposing them to a global tech enterprise and enhancing their confidence with newfound skills beyond traditional classroom knowledge.”

The virtual internship programme received an overwhelming response, with over 10,000 students being registered. Through a selection process, 100 exceptional students from Pakistan’s top universities, including Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Lahore University of Management Sciences(LUMS), and Foundation for Advancement of Science and Technology (FAST), were selected.

This initiative presents a phenomenal opportunity for students to expand their knowledge and also create valuable connections in the professional field.
