The all-new 2026 Nissan LEAF has made a major impact in the global electric vehicle (EV) market after winning three top honours in the first-ever Buzz Awards.
The awards were presented by CarBuzz, HotCars and TopSpeed and recognised the LEAF as Car of the Year, Best EV and Best Budget Vehicle for 2026.
The Buzz Awards brought together more than 20 automotive reviewers and hundreds of new vehicles that were evaluated this year, along with the winners selected for value, innovation and overall market impact.
The third-generation 2026 Nissan LEAF won over the judges because of its blend of electric innovation, affordability, and features, along with improvements in accessibility and safety.
This car has underlined its unparalleled value, with the S+ grade starting at $29,990 (approx. Rs8,419,692), the lowest of any new EV currently available in the US.
2026 Nissan LEAF features
It extends the range to up to 303 miles and enables fast-charging capability from 10% to 80% in just 35 minutes for customers using NACS-compatible DC fast chargers.
Built on Nissan's evolution of its EV platform, the 2026 model promises to make electric driving more practical and increasingly accessible.
2026 Nissan LEAF availability in Pakistan
The 2026 model-year Nissan LEAF is not yet available officially in Pakistan. However, older models of the LEAF continue to enter the market through imports.
The upcoming version, expected to be a crossover, may attract significant interest locally once the global deliveries start.
